Firefox users:  If you do not see our toolbar listed in your computer's control panel (Add/Remove Programs, Uninstall Programs, etc) but the toolbar is still showing in your Firefox browser, please see instructions here:  For our users attempting to uninstall a toolbar from your Firefox browser when the toolbar is still present but the toolbar is not listed in your computer's control panel (Add/Remove programs, Programs, etc):

In very rare circumstances it is possible the Firefox extension that our toolbar uses somehow becomes disconnected from our standard uninstaller found in your computer's add/remove programs. To manually uninstall our Firefox extension, please follow the instructions below:

1. Select "Tools" from your browser's menu bar at the top of the screen, and then select "Add-ons" from the dropdown menu. If the menu bar is hidden, click on the orange "Firefox" button at the top left of your browser and select "Add-ons" from the menu.
2. If not already there, click on "Extensions" located on the left margin of the page.
3. Find "[Name of the toolbar you are attempting to uninstall] (version #)" from the list of extensions and click the "Remove" button located next to it.
4. Restart your Firefox browser.

If you are still seeing MyWebSearch after uninstalling our toolbar, it is likely that your browser's homepage has not yet been reset back to its previous setting.
